Ingredients: 8 slices of bread, toasted and buttered; (I use my 100% whole wheat bread); 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (depends on how frugal you want to be!); 1/2 c. onion; 1/4 c. celery (optional); 1/2 c. ketchup; 4 tsp. prepared mustard (the liquid kind); 3/4 tsp. salt; 1 c. shredded cheese; 1 c. milk; 1 egg; 1/2 tsp. dry mustard; 1/8 tsp. pepper
