½ thumb size piece of ginger - 12g
1.5 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp turmeric
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
50 g Fresh spinach
Small bunch fresh coriander 15g
Dosa; 4-6 pancakes
100 g Chickpea flour
200 ml Oat milk or Water
1 Tbsp sunflower oil
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
