Champagne cupcakes and Champagne Butter cream frosting
INGREDIENTS

Cupcakes

1 box yellow or white cake mix
•
2 eggs
•
1/3 cup oil
•
1 1/4 cups champagne
•
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare baking pan with cups. Mix ingredients together in bowl. Fill cups with batter 2.3 full. Bake 17-19 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

Let cupcakes cool and frost with champagne buttercream icing (recipe below)
