peanut pudding dessert
This is one of Dad's favorite desserts. I found this recipe in a pamphlet at a rest area in Virginia on one of our many family trips.

Ingredients For peanut pudding dessert

2/3 cpeanuts, chopped

1 cflour

1/4 cconfectioners' sugar

1/2 cbutter
- LAYER 2

1/2 cpeanut butter, creamy

1-8oz pkgcream cheese
-
3/4 cconfectioners' sugar

3 ccool whip
- LAYER 3

1 pkginstant vanilla pudding(small)

1 pkginstant chocolate pudding(large)

3 cmilk
-
1/4 cpeanuts, chopped
How To Make peanut pudding dessert

1Layer 1: Mix the flour and sugar together. Using a fork mix the butter into the flour mixture until crumbly, add the peanuts and mix. Press into a prepared 9"X 13" baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, cool.

2Layer 2: In a mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar and mix, add the cool whip, mix. Spread on cooled crust.

3Layer 3: In a medium bowl, mix the pudding mixes together and then add the milk, stir for about a minute with a whisk. Spread on layer 2.

4Layer 4: Spread a layer of cool whip on top of layer 3 and then sprinkle with more peanuts. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
