1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
One 1 1/2 lbd, skin-on, center-cut wild salmon filet, cut into four equal portions
Seat salt and black pepper to taste
1 cedar plank (buy cedar plank specifically made for grilling), soaked in water for 1 hour
