1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 cup golden raisins
•
3/4 cup coconut milk
•
1/2 cup roasted, salted cashews (roughly chopped)

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

MINT YOGURT SAUCE :

1 cup Greek yogurt
•
1/4 cup mint (finely chopped)

2 tablespoons olive oil
