1/2 cup sliced yellow onion

1-2 cups cooked chicken ( you can even use canned chicken if you’re in a rush)

2 cloves garlic minced

1/4 cup brown sugar
•
2 tablespoons soy sauce
•
1 tablespoon olive oil
•
1 1/2 cup chicken stock

Add at the end of cooking:

1/4 cup water mixed with 2 tablespoons corn starch
