INGREDIENTS
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup Truvia Baking Blend
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup canola oil
1/2 cup buttermilk {add a splash of vinegar to a measuring cup and fill with milk until 1/2 cup, let set a couple minutes}
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups finely shredded carrots
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup raisins
1 {8 oz} tub Cool Whip, whipped topping
1 {8 oz} container Marshmallow Fluff
Reese's Pieces or orange M&M's
Green gum drops
