1/4 cup brown sugar

1 (8 oz) can of pineapple slices
•
1 cup baby carrots
•
1 cup chopped veg blend
•
4 cloves of garlic
•
1 hot pepper (whole)
•
1 container of Lawry's Carribbean Jerk Marinade
•
2 cups of water or enough to cover
