What's in it?

1 head of cauliflower
•
1/2 a large onion, chopped or sliced [use a little extra if you love onions!]
•
3-4 cloves of garlic
•
2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
•
1/4 tsp kosher salt
•
1/2-1 tsp extra virgin olive oil [or your favorite oil!]
•
freshly ground black pepper, to taste [I used lots]
•
dried parsley [again... looooots!]
•
chopped green onions + any extra S+P you'd like to toss in to the mix
•
Round off the meal with some grated sharp cheddar and and some
•
steamy delicious kale
