2 premade crust (I used Pillsbury )

3 medium Granny Smith apples (Peeled , cored and sliced )

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
•
1/4 cup granulateed sugar
•
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
•
1 Tablespoon corn starch
•
1 large egg (egg wash )
•
1 Tablespoon water (egg wash )
•
1-2 Tablespoons Turbinado Sugar
•
2 Tablespoons butter (cold and cubed )
•
2-3 Tablespoons Carmel Topping (more for each slice )
•
Ice cream or Whipped cream for serving (optional )
