6 medium apples, peeled and diced

1/2 Tbsp cinnamon

Freshly squeezed lemon juice (I used 1/2 of a lemon)

1/4 cup flour
•
3/4 cup oats (I used Quaker quick oats)
•
1.5 Tbsp brown sugar
•
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
•
2 Tbsp light butter, melted (I use Gay Leah brand)
•
1/4 cup sugar-free caramel sauce (I used Smucker's)
