1/2 cup Superfine Sugar

1 tablespoon Vanilla
•
4 tablespoons Candied Orange Zest
•
1/4 cup tiny Chocolate Chips
•
2 quarts Canola Oil (for frying)
•
Confectioner's Sugar for dusting (optional)
