INGREDIENTS
1/2 lb banana pepper, sliced cross-ways into rings.
2 cups white vinegar
2/3 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
Bring the vinegar, sugar, mustard seed to a rolling boil.
Place 1 clove of garlic in the bottom of the HOT jar.
