1/2 cup raw sugar (organic turbinado)

1/2 cup dark brown sugar

juice of 2 lemons (about 1/2 cup) + zest of 1 lemon

2 tsp ground cinnamon
•
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
•
1/2 tsp salt
•
1/2 cup filtered water
•
1/4 cup ClearJel
