1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
•
1/4 cup sprinkles or nonpareils
•
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
•
3 1/4 cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
•
1 1/2 teaspoons clear vanilla extract (this helps maintain the bright white color)
•
2-3 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
•
sprinkles or nonpareils for topping
