INGREDIENTS
PUDDING
4-3/4 C whole milk, divided
4 eggs
2/3 C granulated sugar
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/3 C sweet butter, softened
11 C French bread, cubed (1 inch cubes)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2/3 C raisins (I prefer small golden and regular, mixed)
2/3 C chopped pecans
PRALINE SAUCE
1/4 C water
1/3 C packed dark brown sugar
1/3 C corn syrup (dark preferred)
1/2 C coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 T sweet butter
1/4 tsp sea salt
