1 egg

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 clove garlic (minced)
•
1 cup olive oil
•
2 or 3 anchovy fillets (NOTE: 1 can anchovies can be used with 3 or 4 cups olive oil). If you want a milder flavour, just towel dry the anchovies – DO NOT RINSE THEM)
