Ingredients For breaded pork chops

  • 4
    pork chops
  • to taste
    salt and pepper
  • 1 lg
    egg, beaten
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs

How To Make breaded pork chops

  • 1
    Salt and pepper chops. Cover chops with beaten egg then roll chops in bread crumbs
  • 2
    Fry in grease slowly uncovered until golden brown both sides.
  • 3
    Bake in covered pan at 350 for 30 minutes
