¼ tsp cinnamon
2 persian dried limes
500ml vegetable stock
200ml water
10g butter
1 tbsp mild olive oil
½ tbsp pomegranate molasses
Salt and pepper
Vegetable oil for frying

50g pumpkin seeds
½ tsp salt
Greek yoghurt
