Ingredients: 1 9" pie shell, baked; 1 cup brown sugar; 1/2 cup white sugar; pinch of salt; 3 eggs, separated (leave the eggs out of the refrigerator for a couple of hours beforehand to let them come to room temperature); 2 cups milk; 4 Tbs. cornstarch; 1/4 stick of butter; 1 tsp. vanilla; Meringue; 3 egg whites; 1 tsp. baking powder; 4 Tbs. sugar; 1 tsp. corn starch; 1 tsp. vanilla
