2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1 cup unsalted butter ( softened)
•
4 tbsp unsalted butter
•
¼ cup water
•
1 cup granulated sugar
•
6 tbsp dark rum (more or less to your taste preference. )

¼ tsp table salt
