For the sauce
1 tablespoon coconut oil
3 tablespoons tomato puree

Thumb-size ginger
1 chilli
100 grams unsalted butter
200 milliliters double cream
20 grams bunch of coriander stalks
320 grams puff pastry
1 egg, beaten
1 pinch Garam masala powder
1 pinch coriander powder
1 pinch chilli powder
