INGREDIENTS

◦3/4 c plain nonfat Greek yogurt (I use Fage Non-Fat Greek Yogurt)

◦1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
•
◦1/2 c cocoa powder (I use Hershey’s)
•
◦1/2 c old fashioned oats
•
◦1/3 to 1/2 c truvia or any other sweetener that pours like sugar (I have a huge sweet tooth and I find 1/3 c to be plenty sweet!)
•
◦1 egg
•
◦1/2 c applesauce
•
◦1 tsp baking powder
•
◦1 tsp vanilla extract
•
◦pinch of salt
