380 g good quality dark chocolate (55-60% cocoa solids), cut into small pieces

6 medium-sized eggs

350 g caster sugar

1 heaped tsp vanilla bean paste or 2 tsp vanilla extract

225 g all purpose flour
•
1 tsp salt

250 g good quality white chocolate chips (I use Callebaut)
