INGREDIENTS
1 T Butter (To Butter the Bowl)
2 1/4 t Dry Active Yeast (1 envelope)
1/3 c Warm Water
6 c Bread Flour
1/3 c Sugar
2 1/2 t Sea Salt, fine grain
6 Large Eggs
3 Large Egg Yolks
4 Sticks Butter (cold, no salt)
1/4 c All Purpose Flour (to Flour the board)
1 Large Egg (for Egg wash)
1 T Water (for Egg wash)
