1/4 craisins, chopped

1 Tbsporange rind, grated
How To Make oatmeal waffles with orange-maple sauce

1Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.

2Combine eggs, milk, and butter; stir well. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients, stirring until blended. Stir in raisins.

3Bake in pre-heated oiled waffle iron. Serve with warm Orange-Maple Sauce....directions next!

4Combine the syrup and orange rind in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
