6frozen french toast slices or waffles

4 lgeggs

1/4 cmilk

1 Tbspbutter or margarine

6 slicebacon, cooked and broken in half

3 Tbspsalsa

3 sliceamerican cheese

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper
How To Make cowboy french toast breakfast sandwich

1Prepare the French toast according to package directions. Set aside.

2Stir together eggs and milk. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; add egg mixture, and cook, stirring constantly, until soft scrambled.

3Place 3 French toast slices on a baking sheet; top evenly with bacon, scrambled eggs, salsa, and cheese. Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. Top with remaining French toast slices, pressing down gently on sandwiches.

4Bake at 375 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes.
