Ingredients For sour cream blueberry pancakes

1/2 call purpose flour

1/4 ccake flour

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

3 Tbspbrown sugar (packed)

1 csour cream

3 Tbspcream

1 tspvanilla

1 lgegg
-
4 Tbspmelted butter
-
1/2 cblueberries ( or any other fruit you like)
How To Make sour cream blueberry pancakes

1IN a large bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix well

2Mix all wet ingredients and pour over dry ingredients mix till blended add in fruit. Let stand 5 min.

3Cook on med heat until till you see bubbles at the top and flip over and cook another 5 min. Enjoy. *Note this receipe can be doubled,
