This is by far my new favorite. The cake flour adds extra softness to the batter giving you a fluffier pancake

Ingredients For sour cream blueberry pancakes

  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    cake flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp
    cream
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 4 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1/2 c
    blueberries ( or any other fruit you like)

How To Make sour cream blueberry pancakes

    IN a large bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix well
  • 2
    Mix all wet ingredients and pour over dry ingredients mix till blended add in fruit. Let stand 5 min.

    Cook on med heat until till you see bubbles at the top and flip over and cook another 5 min. Enjoy. *Note this receipe can be doubled,
