quinoa oat pancakes

I got this idea from a suggested recipe using an Oat Buttermilk Pancake mix from a price club. I had all the ingredients on hand (except the special mix), so I improvised this. It turned out so good! My family loved it and wanted more. And I feel good about the healthy ingredients. Note: I've described exactly what I did, but I'm a big believer in intuitive cooking.
