Ingredients For pumpkin pecan pancakes

1 cflour

1/4 canbrown sugar

1/2 tspsoda

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspginger

1/4 tspnutmeg

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 canpumpkin, canned

1 cmilk
-
1egg
-
1/2 cpecans, in pieces

canola oil
-
butter
-
syrup

whipped cream
How To Make pumpkin pecan pancakes

1In small bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg & salt.

2Mix pumpkin, milk and egg together.

3Blend dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture. Add pecans, reserving a few for topping.

4Heat griddle to medium low and add canola oil. When hot, pour 1/4 cup of mixture on the griddle. Cook until bubbles appear on top and then turn over. Adjust heat if bubbles do not appear before burning or add a little water to the mixture to thin. Serve immediately with butter, syrup and whipped cream to taste with a sprinkle of pecans on top.
