  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    coconut flour
  • 1/2 c
    coconut or almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    cinnamon, optional

  • Whisk together the wet ingredients.
