1 cold fashioned oats

1 cwhole wheat flour

1/4 cwheat germ

1/4 cnonfat powdered milk

1 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspkosher salt

1/2 tspcinnamon

1 Tbspbrown sugar

2eggs

2 cbuttermilk

1/4 cbutter, melted and cooled
How To Make hearty oatmeal pancakes

1In a large bowl, whisk together oats, flour, wheat germ, powdered milk, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar.

2In a medium bowl, stir together, eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter.

3Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well blended.

4Lightly grease a griddle and heat until hot. Pour 1/2 cup of the batter onto the hot griddle (batter will be thick). Cook pancakes until the edges are dry and bubbles appear on the surface. Turn and cook other side.
