dutch baby
I've been cooking this for 30 years. This is how we like it but it can be served with fresh fruit, whipped cream, sauteed apples, whatever!

cflour

1/2 tspbaking powder

pinch salt
-
1 cmilk
-
5eggs
-
2 Tbspmelted butter

fresh lemon juice and powdered sugar for topping
How To Make dutch baby

1Preheat oven to 425 with 12 inch skillet inside to preheat. If the skillet is too small the pancake won't rise.

2Mix dry ingredients with milk.

3Add eggs one at a time mixing well.

4Add melted butter
-
5Pour into greased 12 inch skillet. Bake 20-25 minutes.

6Serve with butter, lemon juice and powdered sugar to top.
