30 gbutter, divided into 2 pieces

How To Make dutch baby pancake

1Preheat the oven to 220°C. Prepare 2 pans suitable for baking in the oven.

2Insert whisk into mixing bowl. Place eggs, cream, flour and sugar into mixing bowl.

3Press control knob and mix 1 min/speed 4.

4Put 15 g butter in each pan and place them in the oven to let the butter melt.

5Pour the batter onto the melted butter in the pans and bake for 15 mins until golden brown.

6Remove the pan from the oven.

7Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve to taste with fruits, jams or whipped cream.
