1mix together we ingredients

2mix together dry ingredients

3combine wet and dry ingredients together.

4Spray a nonstick skillet with butter flavored cooking spray and heat over medium heat.

5Ladle on batter into the skillet and cook over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until bubbling on top. Flip and cook for about 2 minutes on other side. Repeat process until all batter is used up.

6Sprinkle pancakes with toasted walnut pieces and ladle on a couple of Tablespoons of pure maple syrup if desired.
