Ingredients For buttermilk bacon pancakes

2 cbuttermilk warmed to room temperature

2large eggs lightly beaten

2 Tbspbutter melted

2 call purpose flour
-
2 Tbspsugar

2 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 tspsalt

8slices crispy cook bacon chopped

2/3 creal maple syrup
-
2 Tbspcherry whiskey
How To Make buttermilk bacon pancakes

1Whisk buttermilk, egg and melted butter together in medium bowl.

2Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl.

3Add milk mixture to flour mixture and stir just until combined. Do not over-mix. Fold in chopped bacon pieces

4Heat griddle or skillet to medium heat. Coat with cooking spray. Pour 1/3 cupfuls of batter onto skillet and cook until small bubbles appear on the top of the pancake. Flip and cook until browned on the other side.

5Combine cherry whiskey with maple syrup and drizzle over pancakes.
