Ingredients For buttermilk bacon pancakes

2 cbuttermilk warmed to room temperature

2 lgeggs lightly beaten

2 Tbspbutter melted

2 call purpose flour

2 Tbspsugar

2 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspkosher salt

8 slicebacon, crispy cooked and chopped

2/3 creal maple syrup
-
2 Tbspcherry whiskey
How To Make buttermilk bacon pancakes

1Whisk buttermilk, egg, and melted butter together in a large bowl.

2Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.

3Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir just until combined. Do not over-mix. Fold in chopped bacon pieces.

4Heat griddle or skillet to medium heat. Coat with cooking spray. Pour 1/3 cupful of batter onto the pan and cook until small bubbles appear on the top of the pancake. Flip and cook until browned on the other side.

5Combine cherry whiskey with maple syrup and drizzle over pancakes.
