Everyone loves pancakes and these gluten free, dairy free and sugar free banana pancakes are so simple and so delicious – they’re the happiest breakfast ever. They’re one of the easiest recipes on the blog too and take just a couple of minutes to prepare and make. You can’t go wrong. It’s true what they say too that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This recipe will keep you energised and happy the whole day long. You can even add a dash of my simple strawberry jam for extra fruitiness. Here’s to a healthy and happy day!

Ingredients For banana pancakes

7 mdeggs

6 mdbanana

1 tspcinnamon

1 tspcoconut oil
How To Make banana pancakes

1Mash the bananas.

2Add all the pancake ingredients (except coconut oil) to a blender and blend until smooth.

3Add the coconut oil to a frying pan and heat.

4Add 1/6th of the mixture to the frying pan and heat on a medium heat for approximately 1 min per side.

5Repeat until all the mixture is used.

6Serve with your favourite toppings. We went for greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries and honey.
