3-ingredient banana pancakes
These are so easy to make. Nothing to it. I use my Bullet to make them. Easy clean up and delicious. You'll notice there's no added sugar, diabetic friendly too! They are light and fluffy with a delicate banana flavor. Please try them, you'll love them! Kids will love them too. Slice some banana on top for added taste and attraction.

2very ripe large bananas

3eggs

3/4 cupself rising flour
How To Make 3-ingredient banana pancakes

1In a blender purée 2 very ripe bananas, until smooth. Add 3 eggs, pulse until combined. Pulse in 3/4 cup self rising flour. Until just incorporated.

2Lightly grease griddle or nonstick skillet, heat on medium 1 minute.

3Drop batter into hot griddle. Cook pancakes 2-3 minutes or until bubbles start to form and look dry. Turn with spatula, cook 1-2 minutes more until puffy and underside is golden brown.

4If you don't have self rising flour, make your own! Mix together It's 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt
