1/2 cunbleached flour

2 tsppacked brown sugar

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/8 tspground nutmeg

1 cskim milk

4 tspcanola oil

2egg whites
How To Make whole wheat pancakes

1Stir together the flours, brown sugar, baking powder, and nutmeg. Set aside.

2In another bowl, stir together the milk and oil. Add to the dry ingredients and mix just until combined.

3In another clean small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into batter.

4Cook on hot griddle and enjoy.
