1/2 csteel cut oats or groats

1/2 tspsalt

maple syrup, honey, sugar, brown sugar or low calorie sweetener to taste
How To Make whole grain crock pot cereal

1Place all ingredients in a crock pot.

2Cook on low about 8 hours or overnight as you sleep.

3Add sweetener of choice. Add any dried or fresh fruit and nuts of choice if desired.
