1 tspchia seeds

1 tsphemp seeds

1 tspground flaxseed

1 pinchmace

1 Tbspsugar

1/2 tspcinnamon

1 1/2 cwater

1/2 cmilk, whole

How To Make superfood oatmeal

1Thoroughly mix all dry ingredients into a bowl (to prevent clumping and for even distribution of flavors).

2Bring butter, water, and milk to a simmer over medium heat on stovetop.

3Add mixed dry ingredients to liquid. Stir.

4Bring to a slight boil and reduce heat to low. Cook uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
