super fast & filling green tea and chia pudding

I like to keep bags of frozen fruit for an easy way to add vibrant flavor- today I made it with mango- DELISH!!!! Grating some dark chocolate on top adds both flavor and antioxidants. I like to use a really tasty organic dark chocolate.

Ingredients For super fast & filling green tea and chia pudding

  • 3 Tbsp
    chia seeds
  • 1/2 c
    milk (any kind, dairy, almond, soy, coconut- if using coconut i water it down to a half and half mixture)
  • 1 tsp
    matcha powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 scoop
    protein powder
  • dark chocolate shavings or fruit to top

How To Make super fast & filling green tea and chia pudding

    Add all ingredients into a bowl. Combine together well using a fork. Let it sit for ten minutes.

    Sprinkle fruit, chocolate, or any of your favorite toppings into the bowl.
