Ingredients For slow cooker snickers oatmeal

1/2 ccountry choice organic steel cut oats

2 ccoconut milk, unsweetened

1 tspvanilla extract
- FOR NOUGAT TOPPING:

4 Tbspvanilla so delicious coconut yogurt

1 Tbspalmond butter
- OTHER TOPPINGS:
-
1 Tbspvegan chocolate chips, whole or chopped

1 Tbsppeanuts, whole or chopped

1 Tbspagave syrup, brown rice syrup or maple syrup to drizzle likr caramel

2 Tbsppineapple, crushed

1 tspcinnamon
How To Make slow cooker snickers oatmeal

1the night before: spray crock pot with some oil to help with clean up later. add oats, pineapple, cinnamon and the coconut milk. cook on low over night 7-9 hours.

2you can mix the nougat topping ingredients now and store in the fridge overnight.

3in the morning: stir your oatmeal well. it may seem watery at the top but if stirred it should become more of a uniform consistency.

4layer each serving with the nougat topping and top with whole or chopped chocolate chips and peanuts.
