Ingredients For savory crackers

2 crice flour
-
2 Tbspurad dal flour
-
1/4 Tbspasafoetida
-
1 Tbspred chili powder
-
1 Tbspsesame seeds
-
1 Tbspbutter or oil
-
1 Tbspsalt
-
water, as needed

oil for deep fry
How To Make savory crackers

1combine the flour ,asafoetida,chilli powder,salt,butter or oil and sesame seeds. add water little by little and make it a smooth dough.

2keep aside for some time (at least 15-20 minutes)

3make small balls.meanwhile heat oil or butter in a pan.

4press the balls in between your palm to make it a small round.deep fry in the hot oil until it turns golden brown in colour.

5take out from oil and dry in a absorbent paper

6NOTE:- fry in medium heat so that the inside is also cooked and it becomes crispy..store in a air tight container.
