These little gems are very kid friendly and have pancakes and sausage all mixed into one muffin! They are best served warm with pancake syrup. They take very little time to prepare.

2 cpackaged pancake and waffle mix

2eggs

1 cmilk

1/2 cclub soda

1 Tbspvegetable oil

4heat and serve beef sausages, chopped (half of a 5.2 oz. pkg.)

1/4 cpancake syrup
How To Make sausage pancake muffins - steph

1350 degree oven. Coat a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.

2In large bowl, combine pancake mix, eggs, milk, club soda, and oil; mix well. Pour evenly into muffin cups and sprinkle each with sausage.

3Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and brush tops with pancake syrup. Serve warm. ENJOY!
