Ingredients For rice balls

1 canleftover rice

2 Tbspgram flour

2 Tbspgreen chilli finely chopped

1 Tbspcoriander leaves finely chopped

1/4 Tbspturmeric, ground

1/2 Tbspred chilli powder

1 Tbspcumin seeds

salt to taste

oil for deep frying

1 1/2 Tbspcorn flour or corn starch

1 1/2 Tbsplemon juice
How To Make rice balls

1Mash the rice and mix all the ingredients.

2make small balls of the mixture and deep fry in the oil on medium heat til they turns to golden brown or crisp.

3serve with tomato sauce as a snack.
