  • pumpkin or squash seeds
  • water
  • vanilla extract
  • sugar to taste

How To Make pumpkin pancakes

    Because this recipe is so easy, I have added no quantities for your ingredients. Use your discretion.

    Using blender or grinder, grind clean, dry seeds into a fine powder. Add water until it is the right consistency for pancake batter. Add rest of ingredients.

    Drop onto greased or non-stick pan on med-high heat. Size of pancake is up to you. Cook first side until you see bubbles on top. Flip and cook til done. Serve.
