6eggs

1 cflour
-
1 cmilk

1 tspsalt

6 Tbspbutter
How To Make puff pancake

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2Cut up butter into 9x11 baking dish, place in oven.

3While butter is melting (DO NOT BURN!!).... beat eggs. Stir in flour. Add milk and salt.

4Pour batter into hot, bubbling butter dish

5Bake 20 minutes or until sides rise and crust is golden brown. Remove from oven, cut into 6-8 pieces and serve immediately.

6Top with fresh fruit, powdered sugar or syrup.
